There is nothing behind this door currently (if you noclip behind it), but the dev has mentioned that he is working on "a list of the events leading up to the release of Antichamber," so it is believed that behind that door will be a new Dev Room containing this list. It is believed among the community that once the two bugged pink cubes are fixed, then they will be used to open the Under Construction door (located at Being An Entrepreneur).
Obtaining all 13 "obtainable" pink cubes does nothing, and obtaining all 15 pink cubes in the game does nothing. Only 13 of them can be found/obtained at the moment, the other two are in out-of-bounds or noclip areas (one of these can be obtained with a clipping glitch, the other requires console commands).
